Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Argus Market Intelligence.

How often does Argus send briefings?

Three times a day, every trading day - at the Tokyo (23:30 UTC), London (06:55 UTC), and New York (13:25 UTC) session opens. Plus a Weekend Edition on Saturday and a Weekly Outlook on Sunday at 11:00 UTC.

Is Argus free? What's included in the Free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes all three daily briefings, the Weekend Edition, the Weekly Outlook, bilingual delivery in English or French, and Pentagon Pizza alerts at critical levels (DOUGHCON 1-2). No credit card required - start with /start on @MarketPulse300_bot.

How does Argus generate its briefings? AI or human?

Argus is an AI agent powered by Claude (Anthropic). Each briefing is generated autonomously at session open: the agent pulls live prices, the economic calendar, and curated analyst sources, then writes a structured 2-minute message. No human editorial team - that's what keeps it precise, on time, and consistent.

What is Pentagon Pizza / DOUGHCON?

An informal geopolitical signal based on a Washington DC pattern: when something significant is developing at the Pentagon, late-night pizza deliveries to nearby restaurants spike. Argus tracks this and combines it with Polymarket conflict-probability data. The result is DOUGHCON - a scale from 5 (calm) to 1 (critical). Subscribers receive alerts only at elevated levels.

Is Argus financial advice?

No. Argus provides market information and intelligence only. Nothing delivered constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Always do your own research.

Why Telegram and not email or an app?

Telegram delivers instantly, works on every device, has no algorithm filtering your messages, and requires zero new installation if you're already a user. The briefing arrives like a message from a well-informed colleague - not another newsletter to ignore.

What's the difference between Free, Pro and Premium?

Free covers all daily briefings at no cost. Pro (EUR 19/month) adds macro event alerts, the Equity Scanner for Japan, and 5 Argus interactions per day. Premium (EUR 39/month) gives you unlimited interaction, Argus AM (S&P 500 & Nasdaq daily scoring), and corporate finance analysis.

Can I get briefings in French?

Yes. Argus delivers in English or French. Set your preference when you start the bot with /start, or change it anytime with /language.

How do I join Argus?

Open Telegram and start @MarketPulse300_bot. Type /start. You're live in under 60 seconds. The Free plan requires no payment details.

Can I cancel or change my subscription anytime?

Yes. Send /stop to pause briefings. Manage or cancel your subscription via /settings in Telegram. No cancellation fees.

Is there an AI bot for stock trading?

Argus is not a trading bot -- it does not place trades or send buy/sell signals. It is an AI market analyst covering macro events, equity screening, asset management, institutional flows, and corporate credit, delivered via Telegram and a gated dashboard, with every briefing fact-checked before it is sent.

Do Telegram trading bots actually work?

Results vary widely across Telegram bots, and many overstate their track record. Argus does not claim a win rate or trading performance -- it delivers market intelligence and analysis, not trading signals, and every briefing goes through a fact-checking step before delivery.
