Argus Market Intelligence ("Argus", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information.

Argus Market Intelligence is a market intelligence service operated by Quentin Dellanegra, based in Tokyo, Japan. Argus delivers AI-powered financial briefings via Telegram.

When you interact with the Argus Telegram bot, we collect the following information:

Telegram ID — your unique Telegram user identifier
First name — as provided by Telegram
Language preference — English or French, as selected by you
Session preferences — which market sessions you subscribe to (Tokyo, London, New York)
Currency alert preferences — which currency pairs you wish to be alerted on
Registration date — the date you first started the bot

We do not collect your phone number, email address, financial data, or any payment information.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to operate the Argus service:

To send you market briefings at your selected sessions
To send economic event alerts for your selected currencies
To deliver content in your preferred language
To respect your session and alert preferences

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the Argus service.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored in a secure SQLite database on a private server located in Tokyo, Japan (xCloud infrastructure). Access is restricted to the Argus system and its operator.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 7 days.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party, except:

Telegram — messages are sent via the Telegram Bot API. Telegram's own privacy policy applies to data processed on their platform.
Anthropic — briefing content is generated using the Claude API. No personal subscriber data is sent to Anthropic — only market data and news headlines.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
Correction — request that inaccurate data be corrected
Deletion — request that your data be permanently deleted
Unsubscribe — stop receiving briefings at any time by sending /stop to the bot

7. Cookies

The Argus website (argus.cfd) does not use cookies or any tracking technologies. No analytics tools are installed on this website.
